Expedited shipping can take 3-5 business days after orders have been processed. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped for easy

Refunds are processed within 28 days. Our team analyses all return enquiries to confirm that they meet the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy. After that, it usually takes 1-2 days to make the refund to your account. Some banks and credit card providers may take a little longer to apply the credit to your account.

We understand that errors can occur. Our automated fulfillment process is designed for swift packing and shipping. This means we have a narrow window to accommodate order modifications. While our capacity to adjust orders is quite restricted, if you require alterations after placing your order, kindly get in touch with us promptly.

Tip: Package theft is on the rise — If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@justeesco.com as soon as possible with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. Product Quality and Care

We provide care instructions on each product page to help you maintain the quality of your garments. Proper care ensures that your clothing lasts longer and looks its best.

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. The odour you smell is just temporary. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate.

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
